Evelyn Marie Canabal, sole proprietor of Professional Development Services, serves as president and training facilitator. After years of a progressive leadership career, Evelyn began her company because of a desire to share her experience and knowledge of team and leadership development to small and medium size businesses. Through her affiliations with 360 Solutions, LLC and Profiles International®, Evelyn is able to deliver training programs that transitions traditional organizations to High Performance Organizations. Professional Development Services has conducted public workshops in Chicago and in their new location, West Chicago . Evelyn has also delivered training programs to individuals in the area of management development utilizing the 360 Solutions, LLC curriculum, and has conducted Full Job Analysis' resulting from in-depth assessments for companies and created training programs for High Performance results. Evelyn has led a variety of teams and management personnel to meet corporate objectives that include cost reduction, process improvements, reorganizations, and business development. Successful accomplishment of goals while building strong teams earned Evelyn the position of Director to teams providing services to internal clients on a national level and Vice President where she demonstrating skills in employee development by improving employee morale, implementing team development programs, and reducing turnover. Evelyn is an Independent Affiliate of 360 Solutions® and Profiles International®. She is a member of the West Chicago Chamber of Commerce, the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training at the College of DuPage , and a recent member of the West Chicago Lions Club. She has volunteered training services at the Community Career Center in Naperville , and teaches young adults at her local parish. Evelyn has been certified to deliver 360 Solutions® High Performance training programs, and has completed a variety of corporate training programs specializing in the 360 Solutions® methodology focusing on management and leadership development spanning over her progressive career. |
